We make every effort to respond to inquiries quickly and accommodate your scheduling needs. If you’re submitting an online appointment request, our team will contact you to confirm your preferred date and time. We understand that dental concerns can be stressful, so we work to accommodate urgent appointments when you need care quickly.
For new patients, your first visit includes a comprehensive dental examination, digital X-rays if needed, and a consultation with our dental team. We’ll review your dental and medical history, discuss any concerns you may have, and create a personalized treatment plan. Most new patient appointments last about 60 to 90 minutes. Please bring your insurance card, a valid ID, and any previous dental records you may have. If you’re missing any records, our staff can contact your previous office and obtain them for you.
We respect your time and ask for the same courtesy in return. If you need to change your appointment, we require at least two business days’ notice. This allows another patient who needs care to schedule that time slot. We accept appointments through phone calls, emails, and our online request form, making it easy to find a time that fits your schedule.
Our practice accepts dental insurance plans from most major insurance companies, including plans from employers, retirement benefits, unions, and government benefits. We are in-network with Delta Dental PPO/Premier and Cigna PPO. Our office can submit claims to most PPO insurance plans even if we’re not listed as in-network with them. Please note that we do not currently accept Medicaid. During your initial consultation, our insurance verification team will review your specific coverage and explain your benefits.
Our Hackensack location at 747 Main Street is conveniently accessible from surrounding Bergen County communities. Patients regularly visit us from Teterboro, Paramus, Teaneck, River Edge, Maywood, Fort Lee, New Milford, Englewood, Englewood Cliffs, Oradell, Rochelle Park, and beyond. We provide free parking for all patients, eliminating one more worry from your dental visit. The office is easily accessible via Main Street, and our friendly staff can provide specific directions if needed.
