Yes, we welcome new patients at Roman Dental Arts! We work with PPO plans and are in-network with Cigna and Delta PPO. Please note that we do not currently accept Medicaid. During your initial consultation, our insurance verification team will review your specific coverage and explain your benefits. We also offer flexible payment options for patients without insurance or for treatments not fully covered by insurance plans. To schedule your new patient appointment, simply call our office, and our friendly staff will help verify your insurance and find a convenient appointment time.
Drs. Alissa and Donald Roman provide comprehensive dental care from preventive hygiene, necessary radiographs, and dental examinations through complex care, emergency treatment for adults and children, and all necessary phases of treatment. Our preventive dental services include routine cleanings, fluoride treatments, and dental sealants.
We offer restorative procedures such as composite fillings, root canal therapy, and tooth extractions. Our cosmetic dental services include veneers, Invisalign, and smile makeovers. Additionally, we provide advanced treatments like dental implants, periodontal care, TMJ/TMD treatment, and sedation dentistry. During your consultation, we’ll discuss which services are most appropriate for your individual needs and create a treatment plan tailored to your oral health goals.
Your first visit to Roman Dental Arts includes a comprehensive dental examination, digital X-rays if needed, and a consultation with our dental team. We’ll review your dental and medical history, discuss any concerns you may have, and create a personalized treatment plan. Most new patient appointments last about 60-90 minutes. Please bring your insurance card, a valid ID, and any previous dental records you may have. If you are missing any records, our staff can contact your previous office and obtain them for you. Our team will also provide you with information about our services and answer any questions about your oral health.
You can schedule your appointment by calling our office during business hours, and our staff will find a time that works best for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel an existing appointment, please provide at least two business days notice to allow us to offer that time to another patient in need of dental care. We understand that emergencies happen, and our team will work with you to find alternative appointment times that fit your schedule.
Roman Dental Arts is open Monday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday-Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Our office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, along with major holidays. If you have a dental emergency outside of regular business hours, please call (201) 843-0440 as we provide after-hours emergency contact information on our voicemail system.
